The CRIZ legislation, through the State of Pennsylvania, requires that ALL businesses including sole proprietors, at home businesses AND *contractors doing work in designated CRIZ parcels (even if they are not the property owner) to file an ANNUAL online CRIZ Report with the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. *Contractors only need to file the report by June 15th of the year following the year(s) that the work was done.

 

Your report for ANY business conducted during calendar/tax-year 2020, must be completed online by June 15, 2021.

 

***Failure to file a CRIZ REPORT online will result in a $1,000 penalty from the PA Department of Revenue***
