If your business in located in the designated CRIZ Zone, an annual report needs to be done for the prior year by June 15th. to avoid a $1000 fine regardless if you utilize the CRIZ program or not. To file, either you or your tax preparer can log on to: https://www.etides.state.pa.us/ (Click on “NIZ/CRIZ Report” on the menu on the left.)
