HARC AGENDA January 2022

There will be a meeting of the Tamaqua Borough Historical Architectural Review Committee on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the Tamaqua Borough Council Chambers, 320 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA  18252, to review and act upon the following.

1. The applicant is Ronald Chamberlain, regarding the property located at 209 West Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace the siding with Brown Cedar, new awning, hook lighting, widow, signs, and faux rock under windows on the property.   It would be visible on West Broad Street.
2. The applicant is Bartush Signs regarding the property located at 4 North Railroad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace the damaged sign with a new 5Ft x 18Ft non- illuminated panel sign in the exact place of the old one. It would be visible on North Railroad Street.
3. Approve minutes from December meeting.
