NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Tamaqua will conduct a hearing at the Tamaqua Municipal Building, 320 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, to consider the following item:

1. The applicant is Laurel Hill Apartments, LLC, - Louis Yelito from 243 Lake Drive Nesquehoning PA. The submitted application requests a variance pursuant to Sections 803 (H) and Section 1601. (13) of The Eastern Schuylkill Planning Region Zoning Ordinance (ESPR) to allow for an increase from two (2) off-street parking spaces to Five (5) off-street parking spaces on the property. Which is not a permitted use in the G-C Zoning District. The property is located at 11-13 South Greenwood Street, Tamaqua PA 18252, Tax Parcel ID #65-13-0252.000. The property is in the G-C Zoning District.
