HARC AGENDA April 2022

The Tamaqua Borough Historical Architectural Review Commission will meet on Monday, April 4, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. in the Tamaqua Borough Council Chambers, 320 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA 18252, to review and act upon the following.

1. The applicant is Management Alliance Partner regarding the property located at 201 East Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to install new windows, replacing current windows. It would be visible on East Broad Street and Pine Street

2. The applicant is T and T Sweeps and Home Improvements regarding the property located at 541 Arlington Street in the R-4 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace current chimney with a new one. It would be visible on Arlington Street and Hazle Street.

3. The applicant is Jason Petrucci regarding the property at 330 Mahanoy Street in the R-4 Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to replace windows throughout the dwelling. It would be visible from Mahanoy Street and High Street.

4. The applicant is Tamaqua Area Community Partnership regarding the properties at 25-33 Mauch Chunk and 10 Pine Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to demolish the properties. It would be visible from Mauch Chunk Street and Pine Street.

5. The applicant is the Tamaqua Borough regarding the property at 417 East Broad Street in the G-C Zoning District. The applicant is requesting to put an addition on the borough garage for the aerial truck. It would be a pole building. It would be visible from East Broad Street.

6. Approve minutes from March meeting.
